I have a passion for creating diverse work rich with emotion. My ability to compose children and animal portraits bridge the process of working with others to complete a story with visuals. Illustrating children’s books continues to create my history. It’s an ever evolving process, giving me the freedom to use the styles I’ve gathered, to discover new ones and to the best of my ability, create artwork for stories that will keep children entranced and entice them to be enthusiastic about reading.

I am a member of the Society of Children Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) national and local, The Children Book Illustrators Group (CBIG) of NY, The Village Fine Arts Association and the Huron Valley Council for the Arts in Michigan. My first illustrated picture book was published in 2008, “The Harp Mouse Chooses her Home: The Adventure Begins written by Diane E Dunn. I've completed the illustrations for “The Enchanted Tree of Crooked Lake, written by Rachel Longhurst, author of “Where My Story Begins and I'm currently working on “Harp Mouse Adventures-Book II (working title), written by Diane E Dunn, both to be released in 2010.
