Alvaro Fernandez Villa is freelance illustrator represented here at Advocate Art Illustration Agency. His work is full of character ad vibrancy, with a bit of humour too. When starting a piece he usually sketches out the original idea and then finalises the details with Photoshop, but he says it is important that he always has a pen on hand, not forgetting his roots.
The inspiration behind his work comes from his mother, who was a great artist herself. He uses this along with his passion for art to drive forward, always hoping to be better, finding new means to express himself creatively.
Alvaro now lives in the Argentinian countryside with his wife and his daughter Lola. Aside from drawing he also enjoys movies, those directed by Tarantino especially.
