Stefano Tambellini is an artist and illustrator represented by Advocate Art – illustration agency. Stefano has been drawing since he was a boy so he is basically self taught in drawing and has a degree in traditional hand-drawn animation from the National Film School in Torino.

Stefano’s work has been mostly influenced by the English writer and artist Mervyn Peake, but also by Doctor Seuss, old sci-fi magazines, Tom Waits music, Fellin’s movies and Italian comic book artist Gipi. Stefano likes to draw unusual characters and fanciful creatures, he also enjoys creating his own stories.
