Since receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Arizona State University, Gail has spent over twenty-five years working in the field of creative arts.

This creative process was a natural step into the world of children’s books. The conception of ideas, words, and images brought to life through the pages of a book is a designer’s dream. Gail not only illustrates, but also writes picture books! A member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, Gail has been featured on their international website. She is currently represented by Wendy Lynn & Co.

Gail works in a number of different styles to suit different projects; ranging from color realism, using a combination of a graphite, colored pencil, and pastel dust, to graphic collage, using a combination of traditional cut-paper and digital collage.

Living in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona, Gail enjoys everything the great outdoors has to offer. Her backyard is home to her very own studio which she and her husband designed and built themselves!
