I'm a Dutch, Amsterdam based illustrator, creating iconic, conceptual and humorous illustrations
for national and international clients.

How I work is simple:
One way of thinking in a variety of styles and techniques: 'traditional', digital and everything that's in between.

My main specialities include: graphic, conceptual and humorous children's illustration and character design.

I have a vast experience as a free lance illustrator and graphic designer and many related fields such as animation, puppet design for television and toy design.

In 1984 I illustrated a series of small cardboard toddler books 'Kitty' that sold international over 180.000 copies.
The US publisher was Price/Stern/Sloan, LA. In 1993 I was one of the illustrators of 'Dr. Paul's Amazing Eyewear' a portfolio containing party masks.
This project was published in the US by Children's Universe, NY.

Over the years I worked for big names, small names but most importantly, for the fun of it.
