Sophie Allsopp
Sophie Allsopp has been a professional illustrator for more than 13
years. She has worked for many different clients, including the BBC,
Kingfisher, Hodder, Templar, OUP, card companies and many others. Over
this time her work has evolved, becoming fresher and more spontaneous,
whilst retaining a strong emphasis on drawing.
She is currently writing her own picture books, as well as continuing
her illustration work. In her spare time, Sophie makes oak furniture in
the medieval style. She lives in the south east of England with her
partner and son.
