Milla was born in Kishinev, Moldova and first exhibited her art at The Tel Aviv Museum, as a student at an art high school. Since then, she graduated from California Institute of the Arts, Ca USA, Character Animation department. In May 2004, her animated short film City e-Scape was featured in Anifest – International Film Festival – Czech Republic and Austria. Milla was a co-owner and curator of the Milla Angelina Gallery in Los Angeles. She resides in LA and her art is exhibited in multiple Galleries in Southern California. She illustrated numerous books and is a current member of Society of Children Books Writers and Illustrators.
