Patti Argoff
Patti Argoff has been working as an illustrator for over 20 years.
Patti works in traditional watercolor on paper. Her paintings of animals, subjects in historical costume, kids and family situations have a lively animated quality, while paying close attention to detail and often with a wink of humor.
Her work has been published in children's picture books, textbooks, posters, board games, teacher and parent resource books, and children's magazines. Clients include: McGraw Hill School Publishing, International Playthings, Hachai Publishing, Cook Communication Ministries, AppleSeeds Magazine, Cricket Magazine, Harcout Brace School Publishers, and Highlights for Children.
Patti received her BFA in Visual Communication from The School of Visual Arts in 1981 and has received awards for her work from How Magazine, the Syracuse Press Club, and the New York State Press Association.
